Directly Accessing Aspire’s Services
Most of our current services are accessed via arrangements made with local social work services departments.
However, anyone can enter into a private arrangement to directly access an individually designed Aspire service.
In so doing, a professionally qualified Aspire manager would meet the person and, where relevant, any others who may be involved, and draw up a jointly agreed plan of care/support.
That plan would take full account of the person’s aspirations and needs: it would aim to provide the service where the person wanted it and when they wanted it at any time and on any day of the year.
Whilst Aspire can provide services that can be categorised as Home Care/Care at Home, Housing Support or Residential or Nursing Care, it is crucially important to appreciate that
- since every person is different with different needs and aspirations – so too must each service be specifically tailored to each individual.
Above all, the services must be consistent in keeping their promise in providing the high standards that individuals both expect and deserve.
These services would be provided by Aspire staff who are both approved by Aspire as having the required attitudes, qualifications and experience - and accepted by the person being supported as being wholly suitable to them.
