We’re looking for Male Support Workers to join our Outreach Support Service, supporting individuals in the community with:
- Mental health challenges
- Trauma and addiction recovery
- Social isolation and tenancy sustainment
Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting people 1:1 in their own homes and local communities
- Providing practical and emotional support
- Encouraging participation in social and community activities
- Assisting with housing, tenancy, or health-related challenges
- Developing individual support plans focused on strengths and goals
- This role involves lone working, with on-call support available at all times

Experience is not essential — we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.

- Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure

- Comfortable working independently
You’ll Need:
- Manual UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own car for work
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
